Students with complaints should first attempt to resolve the issue directly with the appropriate department or office at REINTEGRATE.
If the issue cannot be resolved internally, students may file a formal written complaint with the Office of the President.
If the complaint remains unresolved after following the institution's procedures, students may file a complaint with the Illinois Board of Higher Education (IBHE).
